Rental Policies
Deposits & Cancellations
In most cases, a $50 deposit or deposit equal to 10%, whichever is larger, will be required for each rental. Because inventory is reserved specifically for your event, deposits are nonrefundable. Deposit are not refundable. a raincheck, will be given if cancellation is received eight (8) days prior to the event.
Damage Loss, & Misuse
Rented equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in a safe manner. Customers are responsible for replacement or repair costs such as, but not limited to:
- Negligence or misuse
- Weather-related damage while in customer possession
- Theft or loss
- Damage caused by improper transport, setup, storage, or use
Cleaning Responsibility
Our rentals are designed as a DIY, budget-friendly option, and customers are responsible for returning items clean, dry, and in the same condition received, normal wear excepted. Items returned excessively dirty may incur a cleaning fee.
Pickup & Return Policy
Customers are responsible for transporting rentals safely to and from the event unless delivery services are specifically arranged. Please ensure rented items fit your vehicle and are secured properly before leaving pickup.
Weather Policy
Safety comes first. Certain rentals may not be suitable for use in severe weather conditions, including heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe ground conditions. Customers are encouraged to monitor forecasts and contact us as early as possible regarding weather-related concerns.
Safety & Proper Use
Customer safety is our priority. Renters agree to use all equipment responsibly, supervise guests appropriately, and follow any provided operating instructions. We reserve the right to refuse rental if conditions or intended use present a safety risk.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
By renting equipment, the customer assumes responsibility for its proper use and accepts all risks associated with operation and participation.
The renter agrees to hold the company harmless from claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from misuse or unsafe operation.
Inspection Upon Return
All equipment is inspected upon return. Any damage, missing components, or cleaning issues identified after inspection may result in additional charges.
